UPDATED High-Visibility Clothing Range

Workplace safety for those using PPE products is a priority for Coverguard, but there is also an increasing focus on environmental consciousness. Many of our new products are made from biocircular materials: they contain recycled polyester or they are made of renewable materials.

New high-visibility products arrived in our Hungarian stock in the fall of 2024. Among them, NEBULO softshell jacket, made from GRS-certified recycled polyester, is an excellent mid-season jacket: the material has a water resistance of 8000 mm and breathability of 3000 g/m2/24h. The base polyester material is 95% GRS-certified recycled content, while TPU membrane contains 5% recycled material.

Two other new products were recently added, one of which is HIBANA II, replacing the previously available HIBANA waist pants. The new work pants differ from their predecessor in that the elastic insert has been moved from between the legs to the knee line and waist area, making movement more comfortable during work thanks to the elastic insert.

The new FRISS zip-up sweatshirt with a high collar, made from a blended futter fabric similar to a comfortable hoodie, is a cozy addition to the above garments and is particularly useful in the winter months. Its EN ISO 20471:2013 + A1:2016EN 13688:2003 + A1:2021 certification makes it the perfect alternative to a jacket or coat in the spring-to-fall transition period, even for high-visibility work in busy areas.

Last year, we launched the FLAKE Sorona padded jacket, which also features padding made from partially renewable plant-based fibers. The Sorona padding has the unique quality of being surprisingly lightweight and thin while retaining the same warmth as thicker cotton padding, allowing for more comfortable movement and wear throughout the day.
